The garage startup has become as much of an American icon in the twenty-first century as the automobile and the drive-in were to earlier generations. But this isn’t our reality nowadays.

This podcast series is a knowledge-sharing initiative for Change, Growth, Storytelling, and Talent. The podcast is in the Greek language to give stimuli, insights, hard-facts, and examples to young Greeks and Cypriots for the on-going Transformation and their future path. They shouldn’t go there alone…

Στο 10o επεισόδιο της σειράς των ραδιοφωνικών εγγραφών, το θέμα είναι “Νεοφυείς επιχειρήσεις – κίνδυνος φούσκας” εστιάζοντας στο περιβάλλον και τα συστήματα μάθησης των ταλαντούχων νέων που θέλουν να ξεκινήσουν. Το λεγόμενο οικοσύστημα δεν αναπτύσσεται όπως θα έπρεπε. Η εκκίνηση μιας μικρής επιχείρησης σε ένα γκαράζ έχει γίνει η Αμερικανική εικόνα στον εικοστό πρώτο αιώνα όπως ήταν η αυτοκινητοβιομηχανία και τα drive-in σε προηγούμενες γενιές. Αλλά αυτή δεν είναι η πραγματικότητα μας σήμερα.

Η σειρά των podcast είναι μια πρωτοβουλία μοιράσματος γνώσης για την Αλλαγή, την Ανάπτυξη και το Ταλέντο. Δίνει ερεθίσματα, γνώσεις, στοιχεία και καλά παραδείγματα στα νέα παιδιά Ελλάδας και Κύπρου για να βοηθηθούν στο διαρκή μετασχηματισμό.
